WHAT TO PREPARE

• Arrive 15 minutes before your first session.
• Wear comfortable workout clothes.
• First time? You’ll have a short induction before class. Inductions start 5 minutes before the session. No induction, no entry – this is for the safety of everyone in the class. Late entry is not permitted.
• If you’re waitlisted, you can be added to the session up to one hour before the session.
• We provide a small sweat towel. If you plan to shower after your workout, please bring your own towel.
• We have a water station where you can refill your bottle or you can also purchase bottled water in the studio.
• GOPUNCH (Boxing): Inner hand wraps are mandatory for your safety and for hygiene purposes. If you’re using the STARTER PACK for your first session, we will provide your hand wraps. For future visits, please bring your own pair. Hand wraps are also available for purchase at the studio for 15€. Boxing gloves can be borrowed at the studio, but if you plan to train regularly we recommend purchasing your own pair.
• GORIDE (Rhythm Cycling): Our bikes use clip-in cycling shoes (cleats) for a secure and powerful ride. You can borrow cycling shoes before your session.
• GOREFORM (Pilates Reformer): Grip socks are required for all reformer classes. If you’re using the STARTER PACK for your first session, we will provide your grip socks. For future visits, please bring your own pair. Grip socks are also available for purchase at the studio for 10€.
