This full body, boxing-inspired HIIT fitness workout is 50% BOXING & 50% BOOTCAMP.
You’ll spend half the workout punching out on your personal punching ball, then hit the mat for a full-body blast
that will leave you feeling unstoppable. With every jab, hook, and cross, you’ll unleash your inner fighter and
emerge stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever before.

Our 50-minute session are designed for all fitness levels, from boxing pros to beginners. You can go at your
own pace and make every punch count in your own personal space.
